AIR Member Deals
Northwest Region
       • Sullivan and LaRocque Team Up on Sun Valley Sale

Mike LaRocque and Chris Sullivan of Daum Commercial R.E. Services worked together on a $5,900,000 sale in Sun Valley. LaRocque represented buyer Movie Movers, who specialize in providing trailers for the entertainment industry which double as sets. Movie Movers purchased the 65,000 square foot building located on six acres at 11473 Penrose Street as an expansion and consolidation of their headquarters. Sullivan represented seller The Engilman Trust.

Central Region
       • Lee & Associates' Halferty and Smith Close Sale in Los Angeles
Members Mike Smith and Jim Halferty of Lee & Associates' Commerce office represented Domino Realty in the sale of 52,000 square feet located at 343-365 East Jefferson Boulevard in Los Angeles. Apparel distributor BM26 purchased the building for a reported $3,825,000. Nonmember Frank Afari of Parkway Financial represented the buyer.

Orange County
       • Ashwill's Cox Represents Buyer and Seller in Huntington Beach

David Cox of Ashwill Associates represented both sides in a sales transaction valued at $2,056,000. Raymond Krispeo and Otto Schultz purchased the 26,448 square foot building located at 5471 Argosy Avenue in Huntington Beach from Eugene Zwick Trust, and will be using the space for their metal manufacturing company. There was some financing used in the deal.

Western Region
        • Members Gibbons and Wolk Complete Lease in Inglewood

Commercial Property Group's Bradley Gibbons represented The Miller Family Trust, who leased 7,000 square feet of their building located at 936 West Florence in Inglewood to lessee Florence Bakery, who'll be using the space for their food operations. Fellow AIR member Jonathan Wolk of Lancelot Commercial represented Florence Bakery, of New York City. The 10-year lease was valued at over $630,000.
